Tree

Green leaves, with a lightish Brown stalkreflected in the pond, vague like the chalk

drawings children do on a fisher-price blackboard

unaware, uncaring for how that tree really looks,

their imaginations running rampant through the Yellows and Blues.

throw in some Purple, a little Red too. Colour this tree

multi, make it his own, not the shape or the

colour, but as tree as a tree can be.
