The Hashmark was originally started as an underground handout in Paris in World War I as a form of protest against the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. It was shut down for 50 years by the Okrhrana but has finally returned online, no longer concerned with semitism of any sort, more with presenting cutting edge news, music reviews and the artist formerly known as Cat Stevens.
